Aijou & Aitou

Love & Regret. The story opens as Akane remembers the past and wishes things could have been different, starting at the time she found out about P-Chan. It really started a bit before that when the arguments over P-Chan escalated to a new level, building the tension between them. When a stumble by Kasumi results in Akane getting drenched in hot water while carrying P-Chan, the sparks really fly as Akane lays into everyone, changing things dramatically.

All feedback is welcome and encouraged (positive and negative). I’d like to thank two people for their assistance. The first is Marik_K, who not only helped with proofreading and characterization, but was the person who got me interested in Ranma to begin with. The other is Strife Aileron, whose Ranma knowledge was helpful, but more importantly whose writing expertise helped make this many times better than it ever would’ve been otherwise. Thanks so much guys.

More importantly, I would like to thank my wife. Not only has she supported me in my writing by giving me the time I need to work, but she is also an excellent pre-reader. Thanks again dear!

Also, this is based solely on the anime continuum. It takes place shortly after the end of season 7 and does not take the 2nd Ranma movie nor the OVAs into account. Thus no Saffron, no botched wedding, no Toma, etc.
